Consultation
A 15-minute phone conversation to answer any questions you initially have about therapy in general and therapy with me. We can discuss what brought you to start therapy and what you would like to gain from therapy as well as if we are a good fit to work together.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one 60 minute therapy session where you can work on what is important to you. Your sessions are a safe space for you to share and be heard without judgment. We work together to identify goals that we will work on in session together. This space is for you.
Teletherapy
One-on-one 60 minute therapy session either virtually through video call or phone call. The same care as in person sessions, but with the flexibility and convenience of choosing the location (as long as you are in a safe, private space). Teletherapy is available for any Texas resident.
